Lonsdor K518 Program Chevrolet Cruze Remote Key All Keys Lost by OBD

Guide to read pin code and program remote key on a Chevrolet Cruze when all keys have lost by using Lonsdor K518ISE key programmer.
Step 1: Read Pin Code
Connect Auto Key Programmer K518 Host with vehicle via OBD diagnostic socket

Select Immobilizer->Chevrolet -> Read Pin Code->Read Pin Code Type 1

Turn on ignition switch

Lonsdor K518ISE from Obd2tool.com read pin code success.

Step 2: Program Remote Key
Go back to Chevrolet menu
Select Cruze-> Immobilizer-> All Keys Lost

Close all doors and turn on ignition

Lonsdor K518 will require enter 4-digit pin code to access and confirm

Configuring system, wait for 10 minutes.

Turn ignition off. Remove key

Switch on and off the driver door, make sure all the electrical appliances are off.
Click OK to continue.

Insert key to be programmed and turn on ignition switch

Program success. Press YES to program next key.

Follow steps above to program next key or more keys.
Turn ignition off. Remove key.
Program complete.

Start car and test the remote.

PIWIS Tester Technical Information

WF51 – Re-coding Instrument Cluster (Workshop Campaign) Important: CRITICAL WARNING – This campaign includes steps where control unit(s) in the vehicle will be programmed with the PIWIS Tester. The vehicle voltage must be maintained between 13.5 volts and 14.5 volts during this programming. Failure to maintain this voltage could result in damaged control unit(s). Damage caused by inadequate voltage during programming is not a warrantable defect. The technician must verify the actual vehicle voltage in the PIWIS Tester before starting the campaign and also document the actual voltage on the repair order.
