Compared with X100 Pad2 , the X100 PAD2 PRO key programmer can support VW 4th & 5th IMMO by working with the KC100 adapter (included in the package). Here’s an example showing you how to use this tool to program keys for VW CC. Car Model: VW CC 2014 Device: Xtool X100 PAD2 PRO Procedures: Step 1: Read EEPROM chip. Step 2: Prepare two keys: an original one and a blank one. Step 3: Insert the original key to your car. Step 4: Touch X100 PAD2 shortcut on the device screen to start your key programming. Step 5: Select VW under Immobilization on the menu, then “4th/5th Immobilizer system” and touch “OK” to turn on ignition switch. Step 6: Choose “4th Immobilizer system” → “VW Passat/CC (recommend) ” → “Get PIN/CS “, where codes will be extracted from EEPRO chip dump file. Step 7: Now it’s back to the previous screen.
