Use Xtool X100 Pad2 Pro To Program VW CC Key

Compared with X100 Pad2, the X100 PAD2 PRO key programmer can support VW 4th & 5th IMMO by working with the KC100 adapter (included in the package). Here’s an example showing you how to use this tool to program keys for VW CC.
Car Model: VW CC 2014
Device: Xtool X100 PAD2 PRO
Procedures:
Step 1:
Read EEPROM chip.

Step 2:
Prepare two keys: an original one and a blank one.

Step 3:
Insert the original key to your car.

Step 4:
Touch X100 PAD2 shortcut on the device screen to start your key programming.

Step 5:
Select VW under Immobilization on the menu, then “4th/5th Immobilizer system” and touch “OK” to turn on ignition switch.

Step 6:
Choose “4th Immobilizer system” → “VW Passat/CC (recommend) ” → “Get PIN/CS “, where codes will be extracted from EEPRO chip dump file.

Step 7:
Now it’s back to the previous screen. Select “Generate 48 dealers key”,

Step 8:
CS code is needed here. Touch “OK”.

Step 9:
Put the blank key as shown in the image and choose “OK”. After a few seconds, you’ll see a 48 dealer key has been generated successfully.

Step 10:
Take out the key and select “Match the key” on the screen, where you need to enter PIN code and the number of learning key.

Step 11:
Matching the key succeed! Try the programmed key and it’s working!

Now you have two keys for your VW car with the help of x100 pad2 pro key programming tool.

WF51 – Re-coding Instrument Cluster (Workshop Campaign) Important: CRITICAL WARNING – This campaign includes steps where control unit(s) in the vehicle will be programmed with the PIWIS Tester. The vehicle voltage must be maintained between 13.5 volts and 14.5 volts during this programming. Failure to maintain this voltage could result in damaged control unit(s). How to flash using a DoIP hardware

  This is an Article showing just how simple it is to flash in DTS Monaco , over DoIP (Diagnostic over Internet Protocol). These newer units can ONLY be flashed over DoIP. Trying to flash them via CAN, will very likely brick your control unit, so that should not be attempted, under any circumstances! A DoIP hardware is required to flash these newer units. Such a hardware can be an SDConnect C4 DoIP , ECOM or VCX SE . DoIP brings signifficant advantage versus CAN, by that it is much faster (eg. flashing times take a few minutes, instead of several hours, telematics disks are not needed anymore, etc etc). Once you own the equipment, it will need to be correctly set up. There are online guides available, that show how to set up these devices.
