Notices about LAUNCH ICARSCAN Software installation
If you are installing Icarscan APP (ezdiag) and software in android system , please pay attention to the above points.
1. If you install Icarscan through scanning the QR code, please do not use the software like QQ or WeChat to scan the APP. Be sure to scan the installation with a web browser.
2. If you encounter the following error information, the software is not fully installed.
When the software download is complete, please do not click “installing” on the image as below. The system will be installed automatically. No human operation is required.
If you click “installing”, the software will stop installing and it will not work properly.
The correct operation is shown below, and the system will be installed automatically. Don’t click “installing” with your hands.
If you click “installing”, the installation will stop.
Then you need to delete the APP and the software and reinstall it.
3. The methods to remove software are as follows:
<1> You have to connect your phone with computer
<2> Remove the cnlaunch folder from your phone.
<3> Delete “EZdiag” APP.
<4> Reinstall “EZdiag” APP and follow step 2 to download each car software and special function.
The most important point is software can install automatically. Cannot be clicked ” installing ” during software installation.
4.The language of your phone must correspond to your software language. If your phone’s language is different from the software language, it will cause the software fail to install.
5. If you encounter the following problem, it is also because the software is not installed. So there will be two versions of the software.
<1> You have to connect your phone with computer
<2> Remove the cnlaunch folder from your phone.
<3> Delete “EZdiag” APP.
<4> Reinstall “EZdiag” APP and follow step 2 to download each car software and special function.
6. You Can’t use two mobile phone bluetooth connection ICARSCAN at the same time: if a mobile phone bluetooth has been connected to ICARSCAN, another phone’s bluetooth will not be able to find the ICARSCAN.
